About Me

Let’s be real: parenting a teenager these days is basically like trying to build a sandcastle during a tsunami…made entirely of TikToks, Snapstreaks, and hormone-fueled plot twists. My wife and I had front-row seats to the chaos with our daughter. We saw it all, the self doubt, the Olympic level comparison game, the “my worth=how many likes I get” mindset. Meanwhile, the world seemed busy bubble wrapping kids and lowering every standard like it was a limbo contest. Yeah…
we weren’t really on board with that.

So we did something wild. Revolutionary, even. We got coached. (I know—gasp.)

And honestly? It flipped the script on how we parented, how we communicated, and how we handled the inevitable teenage meltdowns—like the time our daughter dissolved over a C on a quiz that literally no one is going to care about a decade from now.

What Changed Everything

From Meltdowns to Momentum

“Confidence isn’t a gift you can wrap up with a bow—it’s built brick by brick, meltdown by meltdown.”

Turns out, you can learn how to help your kids build it themselves. And it worked.

Why I Coach

Parenting teenagers is one of the toughest—and most important—jobs in the world. I know because I’ve been there. When our daughter struggled with self-worth, my wife and I felt lost. We second-guessed every decision, worried we were failing her, and didn’t know how to break through the walls between us.

Coaching gave us a new perspective and practical tools that changed everything. Not only did it help our daughter, but it helped us grow into more confident, connected parents. That’s when I knew I had to share these tools with other families.

I help parents cut through the noise, worry less about “messing up,” and actually enjoy the messy, eye-roll-filled ride of raising teenagers. My mission is simple: to give parents the clarity, confidence, and connection they need to raise resilient kids who believe in themselves.

My Mission

There’s no shortage of parenting advice out there—but most of it leaves parents feeling more overwhelmed than empowered. My approach combines coaching, psychology, and connection strategies in a framework that actually works in real life.

  • Practical tools, not theory. You’ll get strategies you can use right away in the heat of the moment.

  • Support tailored to your family. No one-size-fits-all answers—just guidance that meets you where you are.

  • A focus on confidence. When you feel confident as a parent, your teen will too.

  • A proven framework. My Confidence Connection Framework helps you calm the chaos, cut through the noise, and create lasting confidence at home.
